Is there a colour that you find challenging to work with? I do!
This art journaling page is my way of exploring my creativity while using the colour red. At the same time, I am using the technique shown by Vicki Boutin on her Free Mixed Media Class.
Because I do not own the crayons that she was using in her video, I am using the colour mediums that I have in my stash – acrylic paints. If you have seen my video already, Vicki’s method is excellent in creating different colour gradients. You can apply this to various art projects for sure. Still, I need to hone my own application with varying mediums of colouring.

I think that this turned out just fine compared to my first attempt of using red on my project, lol! However, I think this can have a clean and crisp white outcome if I did not mess up the use of the Distress Oxide.
